Money for Toys

I believe that American children are to picky with their food, spend to much time whining about what they want and/or don't have and have far to many toys!!! SO... A few weeks ago we told our children that for every toy they donated to Desseret Industries we would pay them for it. It seemed like a great way to get rid of unwanted and unplayed with toys. It was a big hit. We got rid of two LARGE boxes and a small one of toys. In return they got to pick something out at the store. This is what they got...

Katie picked a stuffed animal, surprising... not. A Littlest Pet Shop so she could go online and play.

Jury Duty, part b

Okay so I wasn't selected for this trial. I ran into the bailiff, I think, as I was picking up Katie from tumbling and he told me I was the next jury member in line, I was number 14. So I am done for this week. So until I serve on a trial I get to call in every weekend and hope it doesn't mess up my spring break plans. After spring break I am really okay with anytime.

Jury Duty

Today I get to go to the Court House to see if I am a lucky one that gets to sit on a jury trial. I have done this once in Boise and it was fun but I didn't have children to arrange care for. So Trevor told me to be a pain and then they won't pick me... so we will see what one o'clock brings.
