Today at Walmart, which we rarely go to, Morgan was loving all of the variety of things she could play with. Through the whole store she kept saying, "I want to play with this at home." It was so cute.

All by myself hair cut

Zach cut his hair on Sunday when we were in Boise. So... Papa "fixed" it with a buzz.

Morgan

I was taking pictures of Katie and her newly lost tooth and of course I had to take a few of Morgan. She thinks it is sooo funny to stick out her tongue for pictures.

Our Shark Girl

Katie has lost another tooth, tooth number 5. She is our shark girl, her adult tooth was growing in behind the baby tooth again. So to save on a dentist visit and bill I held her and Trevor yanked the tooth right out. She earned a new Nintendo DS game, a blizzard and a promise of matching the tooth fairy's money. Quite the bribes I know but it was still cheaper than the dentist and made it a positive memory for Katie which will come in handy because today I notice her other top front tooth is growing in behind the other loose baby tooth.

Katie's School Performance

The second grade had a human rights performance. I am not exactly sure the details of each song. On the way home I asked Katie what the performance was about and she said, "I don't know, I just liked to sing a few of the songs and play the tambourine(for one of the songs)." So there it is, Katie has sung songs about things she didn't understand or weren't explained very well... but she did look cute. (she picked out her outfits, hair things, shoes and all)

So it has taken me a while to get these photos proofed and up but here they are!!!

Prepared

With all of the earthquakes, hurricanes, tsunamis and such going on in the world I am really feeling the need to get prepared. So I am pledging to get my food storage increased even if it is a few cans at a time. I am finally going to get my 72 hour kits finished. I am going to store more water to drink... I am going to all that I can to be prepared.

Running

So last night we started week three of our 5k training. We had to jog three minutes straight and I was worried that I was going to pass out and almost die on the floor. Well the time passed so quickly and we were done with the whole work out before I even knew it. I love my running group... massage techniques, yummy drinks, lots of laughter and funny stories.

I am happier and healthier for it!

Computer time

Katie just had to have this webkinz. I mean we are Irish and our last name is Irish so.... she had to have it. Or did her mom have to have her have it??? that is the real question.

Here are three painting Zach has done at school.

5 months

Jason turned 5 months on Valentine's day.

Jason will sit up for a few seconds at a time unless he is leaning to the front. Can roll over from tummy to back if he wants to. He is really grabbing at things. Puts everything in his mouth except a pacifier. Is one of the happiest babies. Sings to himself when he is about to fall asleep. Fills my heart with more love than I know what to do with, all my children have that effect on me.

Our trip to Utah

The children and I went to Utah to Cathy and Eric's house for our 4 day weekend. It freed up Trevor to do what he always does, school and work on the house. I got to shop and get some decorations for the house, it was Garrett's 16th b-day and he was ordained to the office of a Priest and it was Valentine's day week end.
We gave Garrett a leopard print snuggie for his birthday, which I would love a picture of. We had ribs, the fixing and cheese cake for his birthday on the 13th.

Happy Valentines Day... how could we spend it away from Trevor... we left him stuff at home and we do love each other everyday. ( He is not a fan of the holiday that was created by Hallmark)

After breakfast, valentine bags of candy, and lunch we went to church. After Sacrament meeting Garrett was ordained. We are so proud of Garrett and the wonderful choices he is making in his life. He is trust worthy, caring, does what he should and is just a perfect Garrett.

Thanks for being a wonderful example to your cousins.

I enjoy family and am so glad that we are close enough to share these moments.
