Jason at 2 weeks

Emily strikes again and we have FABULOUS photos.
Jason did not like to be with out clothes and/or blanket. He wanted to be wrapped up and warm, I can't blame him. It was a lot of fun and I LOVE the pictures.

Emily, you amaze me!

Fall leaves

and fall smiles-

To big!!!

When I purchase pajamas for the children I like them to be a little big so they can be worn for a while. Well, we got these for Morgan and she had to wear them as soon as she say them. They are way, and I mean WAY, to big. I was thinking that she will be able to wear them for a year... or two.. or three. Later that night I was looking at the other pair, looked at the tag and thought, WHAT WAS I THINKING. The p.j.s are a size to big for them to be just a little big. So I will return the unworn 3t p.j.s and try the 2t.

I was trying to get Jason to smile so I could capture it for everyone, no such luck on the smile but a photo none the less.

Katie's tooth

Katie lost her tooth, FINALLY. She has been playing with it, twisting it and hoping it would fall out for several weeks now. She had gotten out of the shower Sunday night and was playing with her tooth with her towel and out it came. It was so ready it didn't even bleed. So in the tooth pillow and under her pillow it went.

In the morning she thought the tooth fairy had forgotten to come... but the money had fallen on the floor. (good save Trevor!) She is now a dollar richer and a little lighter in the mouth. Now, she is just wondering when the other loose teeth are going to give it up.

Utah

We went to Utah to attend my cousins wedding. We stayed with my brother, Eric and his family and had a great time. Zach loves his cousin Garrett, Katie loves to play with Jessica and well - we just all love all of them. The children enjoyed their hot tub with a water fall and jets, Zach has informed me that we need to get one. The reception was beautiful and I loved seeing my cousins and family. It was worth it, even if it was just for a night.

just photos

Here are a few more one month photos of Jason and some of the pictures I took of the other children. They had to lay on a blanket just like Jason.

One Month

I love these four people more than I ever imagined. Being their mother is the greatest joy life could ever offer... I am blessed!

I love that when I started to take photos with the other children Katie went and put on her make up...... and what a splendid job she did!

Meeting Irish family

Aunt Stephanie, her family and Grandma Sara came for a visit and to meet Jason. It was so nice to have them here. They brought birthday presents for Zach and Jason, lunch and a super yummy dinner. Grandma brought cookies and Aunt Stephanie brought cupcakes to decorate and make into spiders, they were a big hit. Uncle Shane helped Dad with the fence in the back yard. The cousins just played and played. We love when they come for a visit!!!

Zach's Birthday Party

As another year comes and goes so does a party. This year Zach had a spider party. We played a few games: fly, fly, spider, hot and cold with a spider, and the hot potato present game. (Katie was in charge of the first two, she planned them.) Then we opened presents which was followed by cake, ice-cream and a Halloween Oreo. As they cleaned up their food they got a balloon to play with. The balloons were bounced, caught and clobbering each other. Trevor even sat them all down and taught them tricks to do with balloons. I think every one had fun, at least Zach did and that is what matters.
