Snowman Pancakes

One night I decided we needed to have "fun"pancakes.

Festival of Trees, performance

Katie befor school.
Katie's first grade class performed at the festival of trees. They with three other classes sang for about 20 minutes. They were very cute. She had a lot of fun.
She is all ready to go.Here is Mait. He performed just before Katie so we went to watch him too. He had the hardest time keeping his shirt down. It was hilarious.
Then it was off the see SANTA...
Katie wanted a webkin.
Zach was having his idea. A remote controlled rocket ship.
Mait and Morgan just wanted a candy cane. (I was these two three thursdays a month.)
Our Morgan would have nothing to do with this man. And I didn't think this time was worth the tears.

Zach and his teeth cleaning

So we are on a dentist kick and don't worry more is to come. Zach was awesome. He let them do everything. I got my teeth cleaned first and then he did. He got to ride in the magic chair, up - down, forward and back. He loved it. He then let them clean his teeth, rise and he sucked on the mouth vacuum. They didn't get x-rays, he choked and didn't like it. He got a goody bag and was as happy as could be. He however doesn't know that next Monday he will get to go back for a few fillings. BUT--- HE DID PERFECT for his very first visit to the dentist office.

Katie and the dentist and her baby front teeth

Today Katie go to go to the dentist and have her front two baby teeth pulled. She did very well, only cried during the yucky, nasty, unfair shot. After that was over and they gave it about 5 minutes to numb everything and it took all of 4 minutes to get both of the teeth out. They gave her the teeth in a little container which sit in a pillow, I used for my teeth, under Katie's pillow. This is our first tooth fairy visit. Oh the joys of parenthood. We will post a picture when it isn't so fresh looking. Katie got to stay home from school, eat ice-cream and have a fun relaxing day full of what ever she wanted. Two of her favorites about this whole experience... 1. she gets money and or something from the tooth fairy. 2. She will get her name written on the December tooth, at school, two times.(she talked about both of these all day long)
We are all going for cleanings in the next 2 weeks and we already know Katie has cavities, poor molars with out enamel...... All I want for Christmas is Dental Insurance!!!!! Santa Please, I've been good.
